HUMUS 2025
HUMUS – la terra ci sfugge di mano – is the last solo exhibition curated by Elisabeth Vermeer at C.L.A.M International space in Taranto (Italy)
The body of work presented is mainly a series of mixed media (gum print, Monotype and textile interventions) on Calico called “Surroundings” and part of the series “Connecting with the land” (etchings, samples, a screen print and one of the boots that I’ve used for the project.
The project is funded by Alliance Française of Taranto, curated by Design for Everyday Life and in collaboration with Ass. C.L.A.M International, Margaret River Printmaking and Calliope Bureau. With the Patronage of the Australian Embassy of Rome, the Shire of Taranto, Camera di Commercio Brindisi-Taranto, Società Dante Alighieri of Taranto, Associazione Culturale “Marco Motolese”, Legambiente Taranto, WWF Taranto, Centro Servizi Volontariato Taranto.
