In Volo a Terra (flying on earth) is a project that Laura Bisotti and me put together in 2012 I think. It’s been a reflection about the 2 dimensions. Two states: flying high but thinking down to earth. Also with that approach always ready to learn more.
Circle it’s been a show made possible by the FirestatioPrintStudio in Melbourne, Australia. Amazing collaboration with the studio a that stage when I held a couple of classes during my residency in 2014 and 2015.
I loved every single moment there.
The body of works are obviously based on the circular shape and its variations. Manly monotype on paper.
Back to the roots it’s a project that Fabio Romano and me did at Luisa Catucci Gallery in Berlin in 2017. Both of us showed an analysis of our own practice.
The opportunity that Luisa gave to us it’s been unique; so much freedom, so much true humanity.
